Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of civil construction surveys, including planning, execution, and finalization.
- Utilize AutoCAD, GIS, and Trimble Business Center Software to design, manage, and analyze survey data.
- Coordinate with finance and project management teams to ensure accurate cost estimations and budgeting for construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all survey and construction processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to survey teams, assisting in problem-solving and decision-making processes.
- Develop detailed reports on survey findings, presenting data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely project completion, maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate survey equipment and technologies, recommending upgrades or new acquisitions as necessary.
- Train and mentor junior members of the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in civil construction surveying.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and Trimble Business Center Software is a must.
- Strong understanding of civil construction processes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
