The Project Manager oversees the work of our superintendents, ensuring that projects stay on time and on budget while following all company and OSHA safety requirements for all Heavy Highway Civil projects within the St Louis Metro area.
Job Qualifications:
- 5+ years of construction experience.
- 3+ years of managing experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Construction Project Management Software or HCSS Software is a plus.
- GPS and Drone skills are a plus.
- Estimating understanding is a plus.
Job Duties:
- Manages construction and finances of assigned projects.
- Manages Clients and Field Supervisors of assigned projects.
- Completes Scheduling, Project Forecasting, and Progress Reporting.
- Communicates progress to all stakeholders, partners, and managers.
- Prepares pay estimates and follows through until payment is received.
- Conducts site visits to verify safety, quality, and production are up to standards.
- Attends weekly progress meetings.
- Reviews Contract Documents.
- Prepares and tracks project submittals.
