An established General Contractor is pursuing a Civil Asphalt Superintendent. The candidate for a Civil Superintendent should have diverse Heavy Civil construction experience. RESPONSIBILITIES for Superintendent:

• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.

• Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule.

• Evaluate the effectiveness and performance of field personnel and their crews.

• Attend meetings on and off-site as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS of Superintendent:

• The ideal candidate will have heavy Civil Superintendent experience. Project types could include earthwork, underground utilities, grading, and excavation.

• Understands and promotes the "team" concept.

• Familiarity with safety regulations.
