Job Summary:
The Civil Architect will be responsible for designing and planning structural aspects of the project, ensuring aesthetic and functional alignment with project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs, sketches, and blueprints.
• Coordinate with civil engineers, construction managers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility.
• Evaluate project specifications and budget to align designs accordingly.
• Oversee compliance with zoning, environmental, and safety regulations.
• Conduct site visits to review project progress and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in architectural design for civil projects.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Familiarity with building codes, zoning laws, and construction standards.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.
