Civil 3D Designer - Oxford Solutions, Inc

Oxford Solutions is working with a local client seeking a Civil 3D Designer/Drafter. In this role you will collaborate with Civil Engineers and Senior CAD Designers to develop detailed site plans and construction drawings.

The role involves work in site grading, stormwater management, erosion and sedimentation control, and related infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and has a strong understanding of Pennsylvania's local and state permitting processes.

Essential Duties

• Assist in the preparation of site development plans, including site grading, stormwater management, erosion, and sediment control plans.
• Create and update construction drawings and engineering documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Collaborate with project teams, including engineers and senior CAD designers, to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Review and ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications, design standards, and state/local permitting requirements.
• Maintain organized project files and drawing records.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in CAD Drafting Technology or related field.
• Entry Level to 3+ years of relevant drafting and design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; experience with MicroStation is a plus.
• Familiarity with Pennsylvania's local and state permitting processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
