Title: Senior PEGA Developer
Location: Alpharetta, GA OR Irving TX (Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ Months
Hybrid- Tuesdays and Thursdays in office
Description:
Works closely with customers and team members to understand current operating procedures, program objectives, and business requirements that drive the design and development of high quality technical solutions. Involved with full systems life cycle to include planning, coding, testing, and documentation. Experienced in system analysis, design, and quality assurance. Consults with user to identify current operating procedure and clarify program objectives and makes recommendations about new code or reuse of existing code. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other related field. Ability to manage multiple assignments. Superior written and oral communication skills. 6-10+ years of experience.
The selected candidate will supplement an existing PEGA Rules team and initially work on migration of rules from a different rules platform into PEGA, working closely with existing consumers of the legacy rules product to ensure a seamless migration to PEGA Rules.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
6+ years of total experience in IT - hands on delivery of large enterprise complex solutions
4+ years of experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions using PegaSystems PRPC tool.
Hands on Experience in Designing and Implementing Enterprise Class Rules, PRPC Flows, Activities, Repots and Correspondence, PRPC Case Management and various PRPC Integrations
Exposure to a variety of technologies, including, but not limited to J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), Oracle.
Demonstrated knowledge of and applicability of Object-Oriented techniques and principles.
Experienced in integration with Database, Web Services, MQ and Middleware technologies.
Experience in Agile Scrum methodology
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
CSSA certification is required
