This entry-level role within Major Accounts Distribution is an integral part of Chubb’s commitment to managing and growing our Major Accounts segment in the New York Region. As a Chubb Associate within this segment, you will participate in the Chubb Associate Program, a two-year program designed to accelerate your development through comprehensive technical training and hands-on experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Support Regional Production: Assist in executing strategies to meet financial goals for Major Accounts product lines.
- Broker & Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships through regular communication, supporting the submission flow for Major Account products.
- Proposal & Market Insights: Contribute to the preparation of proposals and help gather market and competitor information.
- Account Development: Support the cultivation of smaller accounts into deeper, long-term Chubb relationships.
- Broker Relationship Support: Assist in identifying key broker contacts and facilitate access to decision-makers.
- Client Engagement & Service: Communicate regularly with clients to address service issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Help monitor regional performance and assist with account progress reporting.
- Technical Support: Use internal systems (e.g., Tracker, iHub, ProV) to provide support to underwriters with client information and account mapping.

- Bachelor’s degree required (multiple majors will be considered).
- GPA of 3.0 or above required.
- Preferred prior work experience, including but not limited to summer jobs, part-time roles, or internships.
- Preferred leadership experience, including but not limited to work, involvement in community service, athletics, clubs, or other activities.

The pay range for the role is $60,000 to $75,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found
