Our chiropractic office is well established practice in it's 26th year! We are located in Cathedral City at 27-620 Ste. Ste. 1, Landau Blvd (Palm Springs area). We have a great location with excellent parking. We are 2 lights in from the I 10 freeway. Our rent is reasonable and we sublet to a reflexology practioner and an Acupuncturist. Our neighbor is a physical therapist. Many new & old businesses surround us.
Our practice is approximately 80% medical referral, 15 to 20 new patients per week. We are possibly the only capitated provider in the state (monthly salary with a Medical IPA). We believe we are the only clinic in the Coachella valley that is contracted with all of the Medical Groups (IPA's) in the valley . We are on many work comp panels and accept Personal Injury through a number of law groups. We accept Medicare, cash and are also with Molina and IEHP (MediCal).

We are looking for a neuromusculoskeletal based chiropractor to join our well established practice. Initially the associate can work on a percentage basis transitioning into complete takeover of the practice. Hopefully this can occur within six months to one year maximum. The existing provider will stay on as the president of the corporation until new provider is willing to purchase. Purchase price negotiable but is usually based on 50% of gross.
