About the Job
Role Objective: Chiropractic Administrative Assistant that can streamline the flow of the office through preparation, scheduling, and Client management. Begin the WOW experience for each practice member beginning with their first appointment and continuing with every appointment thereafter. Initiate educational tools and processes with practice members and to promote the benefits of chiropractic, health, wellness of the Practice at the front desk to practice members and their family/guests in the reception area. Strong marketing/sales skills is a plus.
You will support day-to-day operations by performing administrative tasks and ensuring 5 star quality customer service for our members. You should be able to multitask and prioritize. We also expect you to handle sensitive information confidentially. If you are able to combine exceptional communication skills with an ability to perform ‘behind the scenes’ tasks, we would like to meet you.
