About the Job
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with pre-qualified borrowers to smoothly transfer them to a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator/Banker, ensuring a warm and welcoming interaction.
- Uphold professionalism and diplomacy in every client interaction, fostering trust and rapport.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach in completing the comprehensive MLO education course, showcasing self-motivation and dedication.
- Ensure reliability in delivering exceptional borrower experiences, maintaining the highest standards of service.
- Fulfill any additional responsibilities as delegated by management.
During your tenure, you will:
- Source residential mortgages from diverse channels, generating high-quality loans that adhere to compliance standards and prioritize customer satisfaction.
- Handle loan offerings, negotiate terms, and facilitate dwelling-secured transactions by proficiently taking applications.
- Conduct thorough analyses to identify the most suitable mortgage options tailored to each client's requirements, ensuring compliance and optimal satisfaction.
- Provide well-informed recommendations for loan production, exercising sound judgment and developing a deep understanding of industry practices, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with consultants and colleagues, sharing pertinent loan information and contributing to a cohesive work environment.
- Engage with customers to comprehend their needs and deliver exceptional loan services characterized by attentiveness and proficiency.
