- Supervising and managing daily activities for a class of children.

- Attending all mandatory staff meetings, workshops, and school functions as directed by the Director.
- Adhering to all rules and regulations related to the health, safety, and welfare of children.
- Demonstrating a consistently professional appearance, attitude, and work ethic.
- Assisting in maintaining a clean, clutter-free classroom environment with a strong emphasis on sanitation
- Performing other assigned duties.
- Ability to work both early morning and closing shifts.

Qualifications:
- Must meet all state requirements for this position.
- Minimum of 1 year of childcare experience.
- Pleasant and outgoing demeanor.
- Exceptionally professional and dependable.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, even in high-pressure situations.
- Outstanding organizational abilities, adept at multitasking and effectively managing time in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to interact with students of all ages and skill levels.
- Capability to lift up to 40 lbs. in situations related to child handling for program facilitation, child safety, and potential emergencies.
