We are currently seeking a Child Welfare IV&V Project Manager to join our team in Concord, New Hampshire (US-NH), United States (US).
Overview of job:
The Project Manager will work collaboratively with the client, team members, and vendors to assess the overall performance of the Child Welfare project. The Project Manager will oversee daily operations which includes day-to-day staff management as well as contract and budget management. The Project Manager will lead the team to ensure requirements and business needs are met during the project and will work directly with the vendors, business users and other stakeholders to provide recommendations on project issues, risks and direction as well as provide required reporting. The Project Manager will apply IV&V, Child Welfare, and Project Management best practices to all aspects of the project.

Job Responsibilities Include:
- Relationship and expectation management including working daily with key client leadership
- Develop, maintain, and manage to a project schedule; including ensuring the tasks are appropriately assigned and deadlines are being met
- Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, communication plans, risk logs, issue logs, and other work products essential to effective project management of the team
- Ensure that all processes and methodologies are executed and followed as applicable
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and analysis of solution vendor deliverables and develop IV&V deliverables in accordance with project requirements and company documentation standards; submit to federal government (as required)
- Ensure complete and accurate status reports
- Identify, review, analyze, and document project risks and issues with specific metrics, triggers, mitigations, and recommendations through structured interviews, risk management meetings, practice compliance, lessons learned, and metric analysis.
- Communicate project status, risks and issues to the client and NTT DATA Client Partner and leadership team.
- Review and assess project management plans and processes for the overall project (including, but not limited to risk management, schedule, and cost management, change management and issue resolution) for quality, completeness, compliance, and effectiveness
- Participate in project steering committee meetings, status meetings, and other stakeholder meetings as needed to discuss project status, reports, and recommendations
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of large scale project management experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role for a CCWIS system implementation project
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Master Project Management (MPM) certification, or have an industry equivalent certification
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V)
- Experience with federal requirements, especially for ACF solutions
- Consulting experience
