Family Services is a non-profit organization that protects, heals and cares for children and families throughout Northeast Wisconsin. Family Services is strongly committed to protecting children and vulnerable individuals from abuse and exploitation. When traumatic situations occur, our staff is there to assist the individual or family with their journey of healing and recovery. Family Services cares for individuals who are isolated, abandoned or just need help developing the skills to live successfully.
Parent Connection program offers child development, parenting, and family support and has openings for Child Care Workers. This position is responsible for providing child care for children, infants to age 12 while parents attend parenting workshops in the same facility. The workshops are held at a variety of locations including churches, schools and public libraries in the Fox Cities. Candidates must have reliable transportation to and from workshop sites.
Childcare/babysitting experience is preferred. Certification in child care a plus. Candidates must be at least age 16 years of age. Training and support provided by Parent Connection. Shifts are typically 2-3 hours during weekday evenings from between the hours of 5:30 - 8:30 p.m.
This casual part-time position works approximately 5-15 hours per month.
