Our competitive Child Care Administrative Assistant is $17.16-$23.17 per hour, salary is determined by your level of education and relative years of experience.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will:

• Greet and proactively communicate via email and phone with prospective and enrolled families.

• Ensure licensing, attendance, and other files are current, confidential, and secure.

• Provide support where needed throughout the center.

Requirements:

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma or GED. Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred. Additional center/school requirements may apply.

• Meet federal, as well as individual state requirements (i.e., TB test, physical, OSHA) and maintain credentials for the position (i.e., ongoing training).

• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate curriculum practice.
