An organization are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in Crypto fintech startup to take on the strategic and operational leadership of the product’s technological development. Your mission will be to build a strong team, design the product architecture, and ensure its stable and secure operation.

We are a technology company developing an innovative payment platform for the cannabis industry using cryptocurrencies. Our solution helps legal market players accept payments securely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. We are building a reliable and scalable infrastructure for the future of crypto payments in a growing niche.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement the company’s technical strategy at all stages of growth.
2. Build a payment platform with cryptocurrency support (Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins, etc.).
3. Design the architecture and integrate with blockchain platforms and KYC/AML services.
4. Manage internal and external teams of developers.
5. Ensure high levels of data and transaction security.
6. Adapt the product to meet legal and regulatory standards (U.S. and international markets).

Requirements:

1. Strong knowledge of blockchain technologies and cryptocurrency solutions (payments, smart contracts).
2. Experience in developing and scaling financial/payment systems.
3. Proven leadership experience in managing developer teams (including remote teams).
4. Understanding the challenges and opportunities of the cannabis industry is a plus.
5. Proficiency in Agile methodologies for project management.
