Position Overview:
- We seek a detail-oriented and results-driven Chief Sales Officer to drive company revenue by identifying lucrative business opportunities and formulating sustainable growth strategies. The role entails enhancing operational efficiency, fostering strategic partnerships, and assessing business risks through comprehensive financial and economic analysis. The ideal candidate will possess persuasive communication skills, robust lending business acumen, and a proven track record in negotiating favorable deals. This position requires strong leadership, a self-driven servant minded leader with problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold and reinforce ZINC’s culture and business ethos with a hands-on leadership approach.
- Leverage expertise in private money lending, particularly in business-purpose, fix & flip, DSCR, and non-QM lending, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Develop and implement training programs for both onsite and remote Account Executives, fostering their professional development and productivity.
- Recruit, Train, Mentor and develop a team of 10 Account Executives.
- Report team metrics and Key Performance Indicators to the executive team.
- Utilize data mining, digital marketing strategies, and networking to identify and engage target customers and borrowers.
- Demonstrate proficiency in CRM technology tools, including reporting, outreach, and web-based application tools.
Qualification Questions:
- Can you provide details of your experience in leading a team that is originating business-purpose and fix & flip bridge loans, including monthly, quarterly, and yearly volume statistics?
- Have you successfully recruited, trained, and mentored a team of account executives? If so, how many team members did you oversee, and what were their production vs quota?
- What was your overall production and that of your team on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis?
Compensation and Benefits:
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Compensation: Negotiable ($100,000 - $550,000)
