Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per year

This is a search for a client of Jobot. Our client is a sales/ marketing service and product company that targets marketing organizations at F500 companies. They have an excellent comp/ commission plan, and have years of proven experience delivering great results to their customers.

1. The ability to build a sales team. There are currently two successful AE's and likely room for 2 more.
2. The ability to earn. This will be a player-coach role, where you will also be expected to produce. The commission plan should put OTE in the $500k+ range, easily.

Job Details
1. Must have experience selling to CMO organizations.
2. Proven track record of success, meeting quota, and building organizations.
