CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER

RESPONSIBILITIES
The job responsibilities of our Chief Revenue Officer include, but are not limited to:
Leadership, Management & Accountability:
- Creation of the strategic vision and forecasting for the Sales & Marketing department that will take Hidden Creek Landscaping from $25 Million to $50 Million in two years
- Contributing member of the leadership team
- Hire, train and evaluate sales team members
- Coach & mentor sales team, creating individual sales goals and strategies
- Improve upon the sales training program, including industry education and product knowledge
- Manages the sales systems and process improvement
- Scorecard development and accountability to KPIs and metrics
- Data analysis and evaluation of sales strategies
- Owns end-to-end customer experience
- Networking and building strong relationships for repeat clients and referrals
- Companywide communication and cross-functional collaboration, increasing communication between Sales and Operations/Production
- Managing and evaluating bonus and commission structures
- Partner with 3rd party marketing vendor ensuring the voice of the client
- Creation of a closed project hand-off process
*This is full-time, in person position reporting to the Hilliard, OH offices.
Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Displayed experience growing sales 2x at multiple companies
- 10 years of progressive sales experience
- Experience leading and managing sales & marketing teams and systems
- Consultative sales experience
- Experience with data analytics
- Process improvement and streamlining experience
- Experience working with high end / luxury items & high net worth clients
Preferred
- Construction industry systems expertise
- Project management experience or certification
- Design experience
- MBA / Landscape Certification / Business Administration degree
Desired
- Community involvement and volunteering
- Lean Six Sigma / Transformation experience
- Sandler Sales Training
- Hands on experience in the Green / Hospitality industry
- EOS experience or knowledge

Salary range: $135k - $160k base + performance-based bonus potential up to 50%
