About the Job
GRACE, a non-profit organization in Grapevine, Texas, is looking for a Chief Program Officer to lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of all client-related programs. The Chief Program Officer will supervise various program teams and ensure the success of programs such as food pantry, community clinic, housing, and client services.
**Candidate Must Haves**
- Master's Degree in Social Work or Non-Profit Management (or a closely related field);
- Non-profit management and supervisory experience;
- 4-10 years of professional experience overseeing various programs that serve underserved clients (Financial Assistance, Food Pantry, Community Clinic, Transitional Housing, or other outreach programs)
- Position is in-person in Grapevine, TX; evenings and weekends as needed for events and trainings;
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead and oversee the development and implementation of program strategies and initiatives.
- Provide guidance to program managers and staff for successful program execution.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align program goals with organizational objectives.
- Monitor program performance metrics and report progress to the executive team.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, partners, funders, and community partners.
- Work with the CEO and CDO on agency-wide planning and assessments.
- Develop new programs to meet the needs of clients.
- Oversee the design, development, and impact of GRACE programs.
- Coordinate with funding entities requiring program reports.
- Evaluate program recommendations and propose changes to the CEO and Program Committee.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Non-Profit Management, or related field.
- Four to ten years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Social Work License is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
