About the Role:
As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our operations, providing invaluable support to our Chief Officer. Your role will be diverse, challenging, and filled with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the backbone of our Chief Officer's day, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Manage calendars with precision, making appointments and organizing meetings seamlessly.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Assist in the development, maintenance, and organization of company policies and procedures.
Take detailed meeting minutes and facilitate communication among team members.
Aid in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Coordinate travel arrangements for the Chief Officer and other professional staff.
Maintain office supplies, filing systems, and handle other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Minimum of five years' experience in administrative support roles.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other common software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in healthcare or pre-hospital services is a plus.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to grow.
