• Manage plant operations, including monitoring equipment and processes.
• Supervise and train plant staff, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and operational procedures.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of plant operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma; degree in environmental science or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in wastewater operations.
• California Grade III Wastewater Operator Certification required.
