Position Overview:

TradeSentry LLC is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operations Officer (COO) to join our executive leadership team. As the COO, you will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the company, ensuring that our platform runs efficiently, innovatively, and in alignment with our mission and goals. You will work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to streamline processes, drive performance improvements, and support the growth and scalability of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to define, communicate, and execute the company’s operational strategy. Ensure alignment across all departments and functions.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and high-quality service delivery to both customers and internal teams. Continuously refine and optimize internal processes to improve productivity.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support teams to implement strategies that enhance overall business performance, with a particular focus on day trading platform enhancements and user experience.
• Financial Oversight: Manage the operational budget, monitor financial performance, and ensure cost-efficiency without compromising on quality. Partner with the CFO to assess and mitigate financial risks.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and grow the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Identify opportunities for talent development and ensure the right people are in place to meet business objectives.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions that drive operational improvements, enhance product offerings, and improve overall trading outcomes for users.
• Scalability & Growth: Develop and implement operational frameworks that can scale as the company grows, particularly as TradeSentry expands its user base and global footprint.
• Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure that all operations comply with relevant regulatory standards, risk management protocols, and best practices in the financial services and trading industries.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience (10+ years) in an operations leadership role, preferably in a fast-growing FinTech or trading technology company.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, day trading strategies, and analytics platforms.
• Demonstrated success in managing operational functions at scale, optimizing performance, and driving efficiency in technology-focused companies.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience using data to drive decisions.
• Experience with budgeting, financial planning, and risk management.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management in the financial industry.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) or platform-based business model.
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of day trading platforms, algorithmic trading, or quantitative analysis tools.
