Qualifications and responsibilities for this Chief Operating Officer (COO) position include:

8+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with strong leadership and operational expertise.
Proven ability to develop and implement strategies that drive sustainable growth.
Build and maintain relationships with key telecommunications/wireless carriers.
Lead and mentor high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Oversee business operations, ensuring efficiency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with company goals.
Evaluate operational performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
Navigate change management to adapt to market shifts and technological advancements.
Collaborate with the CEO on long-term growth strategies to solidify market positioning.

Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience, with additional profit-sharing opportunities.
