ROLE:
As Chief of Staff to the CEO of JobEcademy, you'll help lead a small, fast-paced startup to national launch. You’ll be the right hand of a seasoned founder & CEO and help direct all priorities, including extensive execution and project management, touching almost every aspect of the company – from product development to business partnerships and strategy. You'll take and run projects from concept to execution. You'll also jump in & takeover major business partnerships as needed - being able to meet with everyone from local organizations to CEOs and leaders of national organizations representing millions of people.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Startup experience is strongly preferred.
- This is NOT an administrative or executive assistant role; you will be a thought partner & should have demonstrated capability in past roles.
- Extensive project management experience – ability to track & manage any project thrown your way with big picture ability & high attention to detail.
- Product Development is a plus (ability to think through what customers need, jump in on product layout, research, and/or any execution).
- Ability to follow-up on key business relationships and strategic partnerships and sit in the room with executives (even if you haven't been an executive yourself).
- Strong understanding of business fundamentals (business development, marketing, tech, etc) and the tools to help (Excel capability, PowerPoint, project management tools, etc).
- Highly autonomous / self-directing, extremely driven, and always oriented toward problem solving with the capability to manage up (you create time for your boss, not take time).
- Background in tech or ability to manage tech projects is valuable.
- Any understanding of instructional videos, managing instructors, or educational curriculum is a plus.

COMPENSATION:
Starting Salary: $40k annualized starting salary; a considerable incraese 3 months in + finalization of equity. This is an opportunity for a leader to get in on the ground floor to help launch a massive national platform (and partake in the upside).
