Education
•Bachelor’s Degree
Knowledge/Experience
•8+ years’ experience in large financial services or similar institutions including coordination across multiple businesses/segments (i.e., Risk Management, HR, Finance etc.)
•In-depth understanding of Risk Management and Risk Reporting, Budget/Capacity Planning as well as Risk Governance Activities.
•Extensive knowledge pertaining to Risk Data, Analytics, Reporting and Technology CAO-related activities (budgeting, headcount, location strategy etc.) as well as governance related activities and organization-wide activity tracking.
•Experience in organizational planning, activity specific task delegation, employee professional development and training.
•Prior experience interfacing with senior management, including at the Director and Managing Director level.

•Excellent collaboration, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to influence at a senior level, as well as work across many levels of business and functional stakeholders.
•Exceptional interpersonal and people management skills
•Proven strength and ability in Risk data analysis/analytics and risk management reporting.
•Experience and technical ability with business related intelligence tools (i.e., Tableau, Micro-Strategy, QlikView, Business Objects etc.).
•Highly proficient and/or familiar with Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint etc.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills needed for influencing senior management decisions.
•Ability to operate autonomously to make independent, strategic, and thoughtful decisions to identify and remediate problems and realize efficiencies across the function.

Key Responsibilities
•Manage and oversee CAO activities: Budgeting, Headcount Planning and Projections, Capacity Planning, Location Strategy, Talent Recruitment, Organizational Design Compliance, T&E (Travel and Expense) as well as VOE (Voice of the Employee)
and recurring and ad-hoc business management activities.
•Facilitate strategic planning and communication to senior forums, regarding administrational activities and functions within DART.
•Acquire, analyze, and translate data into concise messaging to support decision making for the head of Risk Data, Analytics, Reporting & Technology (RMEC member) as well as for key stakeholders to make appropriate managerial decisions.
•Make strategic decisions regarding budgeting and headcount planning so that the organization can meet resource needs and plan for gained operational efficiencies.
•Work with leadership team and hiring managers to understand and action change to improve organizational oversight and standards.
•Serve as a trusted advisor and brainstorming partner to the DART leadership team.
•Provide independent, informed, unbiased insight including on the ground feedback.
•Support DART in the preparation of board, regulatory, executive committee, and team presentations.
•Create executive business summary reports, presentations, and other business materials.
•Improve overall business acumen, governance, performance metrics, operational, organizational, and financials.
•Partner with HR to establish and maintain a robust training and communications curriculum.
