- Represent the VP of Device Activation on governance, steering and other senior level committees as required.
- An advisor to the VP of Device Activation and the DA Senior Leadership team
- Takes ownership of responsibilities (as directed) during the VP s absence.
Organizational Performance Management
- Direct the preparation, review and consolidation of business plans and budgets for the IT organization.
- Review IT DA costs and cost structures across Wireless and Wireline to ensure the financial implications of projects and activities are communicated to Charter Finance and PMO leadership.
- Establish and maintain performance measures, frameworks, and metrics such as balanced scorecards.
- Oversee IT DA workforce strategy development and management, including the sourcing, training, and development of staff.
- Establish, implement, and maintain continuous improvement programs for the IT DA organization.
- Drive and facilitate effective collaboration and communications between the IT DA organization.
- Stay current with new market trends and innovations in telecom and company implications.

- Financial Management
- Workforce planning and development
- Project and Portfolio Management
- Communications and change management

- Vendor Management
Policy and Compliance
- Collaborates with the other IT Portfolio Managers to:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of IT policies, procedures, methodologies, and governance.
- Engage, evaluate, and develop responses and action plans to internal audits of the IT organization.

- Advanced degree such as an MBA or similar.
