We are a fully remote growing team building the world’s largest brand network and the best collaborative commerce platform. We are leading a fundamental shift in ecommerce sitting at the intersection of emerging, new revenue channels and the greatest DTC brands.
We are hiring a Chief of Staff to be an extension of the co-founder/CEO of the business, assisting with day-to-day operations, executive management, high level and detailed decision making, as well as acting as liaison between the executive and various team members, customers, partners, and investors.
This role ranges from usual executive assistant duties to having a large voice in major company decisions, operations, enterprise sales and overall strategy. The Chief of Staff will do everything from scheduling appointments, to assisting with and coordinating presentations to the company’s Board of Directors.

DEAL MANAGEMENT
- Enterprise retailer & supplier deal partnership support
- Coordinate and plan partner events with retailers/suppliers
- Meeting notes and follow ups with enterprise brands, investors, etc.
- Occasional travel, conferences/trade shows, etc.
EXECUTIVE OPERATIONS
- Inbox / calendar management
- Investor / board support
- People ops / HR support
- Internal / external event, travel planning
- Corporate / employee gifting
