Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
- Experience in working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.
- Experience in working with consumer product engineering teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in testing the status quo and supporting the development of successful products.
- Experience in collaborating with executive leaders.
- Ability to manage time and navigate ambiguity.

The Health and Home team combines the best of Google Artificial Intelligence (AI), Software and Hardware to create helpful experiences for users. We research, design, and develop new technologies that have a impact on people’s lives by empowering them to live healthier lives with Fitbit/Health and creating a home that takes care of the people inside it with Nest/Home.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Software leadership team to set strategy and goals for the organization. Track progress, assess leading or lagging indicators, and provide data-motivated recommendations to leadership.
- Manage communications to the organization. Work across functions to provide a consistent narrative and identify touch-points to cascade including team forums, on-sites, etc.
- Partner with the Program Management leadership to establish processes and tools for managing the business cadence of the organization, to improve engineering velocity, cross-team communication and selection-making.
- Serve as a partner for executive leaders on projects ranging from team organization structure to business selection support.
- Develop strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders; understand their business needs, recommend solutions and be a catalyst for implementing meaningful improvements.
