Chief of Staff Executive Assistant - MAHLER PRIVATE STAFFING

A well-established private equity firm is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant with a Chief of Staff skill set to provide daily support to the President and COO.

Responsibilities:

• Keep the President and COO on track and organized on a daily basis.
• Manage significant, highly visible projects and relationships.
• Heavy calendar and logistics management.
• Craft executive summaries and talking points.
• Plan all travel and logistics for the President and COO
• Field calls, respond to requests, and serve as a gatekeeper.
• Coordinate in-house and external meetings.
• Interact with clients and facilitate client meetings.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will have at least five years of experience supporting elite C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment. This person will be exceptionally organized, confident, and persistent.  The right candidate will pivot as priorities change, display high emotional intelligence, and possess superior communication skills.

Additional qualifications include:

• Confident and assumes ownership of work
• Client-service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong technology skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel and Power Point are important).
• Experience working in a similar industry a plus.

Schedule:

Generally, a Monday through Friday schedule, business hours, with availability to work some extended days and occasional weekend hours.

Compensation:

Base compensation of $150,000 to $175,000 with an excellent benefits package, including an annual discretionary bonus; health insurance, paid time off; paid holidays; 401(k).
