Metric Bio is delighted to be in a retained partnership with a leading Cardiology company in the Structural Heart space.

The innovative company is looking for a Chief of Staff in Boston, Massachusetts.

In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, supporting decision-making, overseeing project management, and ensuring the successful execution of key initiatives. This critical position plays a vital role in aligning the organization, improving cross-departmental communication, and driving the completion of high-impact projects.

You

must

have:

• Bachelors Degree
• Strong experience as a Chief of Staff or Strategic Project Manager in the MedTech space, preferably Cardiovascular
• Project management and organisation skills is necessary
• Previous experience working in a start-up is preferred
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• MedTech experience is needed for this role.
