Must have BSN + Master’s degree (or in process/near completion of Master’s degree)
Recent hospital experience is required (5 years acute hospital experience and at least 2 years of nursing management)
High acuity
Spends about 50% of time on the floor, very visible.

Reports to CEO
Serves on Senior leadership
Strong regional support, strong preceptorship program, very smooth onboarding process
Direct reports: Nurse Manager (which is filled), Nurse Supervisors (on each shift), Wound Care, Educator, Dietitians, Respiratory, Pharmacy
Has a staffing coordinator for admin support
