We are seeking a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) for our Critical Illness Recovery Hospital, responsible for leading clinical operations and enhancing patient and employee experiences. The CNO will collaborate with the CEO and HR to address challenges, improve care quality, and manage staffing ratios. Key responsibilities include fiscal management, leading educational initiatives, and fostering a supportive culture.

Qualifications:

• BSN required; MSN or equivalent Master's in Healthcare preferred.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience; managerial experience preferred.
• Current RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS (within 6 months).
