Kane Footwear is seeking an executive leader to serve as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and grow Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) revenue. As the company continues on its path of high-potential growth as a leader and innovator in the recovery footwear market, the CMO will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s strategy, marketing activations and partnerships, and optimized ecommerce performance. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and a proven track record of growing DTC channels in a fast-paced environment.

- Brand Strategy and Positioning
- Communicate the brand’s identity, positioning, and strategy to ensure the brand consistently resonates with key target audiences as an innovator and leader in the space.
- Go-To-Market Activations and Campaigns
: Lead brand and product launch marketing campaigns that creatively build brand awareness, drive new customer acquisition, and enhance long-term customer retention, utilizing digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Strategic Brand Partnerships
- Develop partnerships with athletes, influencers, and other businesses in industries that share similar values and target audiences, leveraging these collaborations to expand brand reach and drive growth.
- Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Growth
- Execute ecommerce strategies, including overseeing paid media budgets, SEO optimization, and maintaining key revenue, customer, and efficiency performance metrics.
- Team and Agency Management
- Manage internal Brand and Digital Marketing teams while also maximizing relationships with external public relations, creative, and digital agencies to ensure cohesive and effective amplification of marketing strategies across channels.
