Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead our company's information technology (IT) strategy, manage our IT systems and operations, and drive digital transformation initiatives. Roles and Responsibilities:

IT Strategy and Leadership:
- Develop and execute the company's IT strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Lead the IT department in planning, implementing, and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to leverage technology for competitive advantage and business growth.

Information Security and Risk Management:
- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect company data and information assets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to data security and privacy.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to mitigate risks and ensure operational resilience.

Systems Architecture and Integration:
- Oversee the design and deployment of scalable, reliable, and secure IT systems and networks.

Strategic Planning and Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and prioritize IT initiatives.
- Communicate IT strategy, plans, and progress to executive leadership, board members, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve business processes, optimize costs, and drive revenue growth.
Compensation:

Skills and Qualifications:
