- Develop and execute HR initiatives aligned with the organization's mission and strategic vision.
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle and talent processes for all administrative positions.
- Lead recruitment efforts for all administrative positions.
- Assess and enhance orientation and onboarding programs.
- Establish and oversee professional development initiatives for the administrative team.
- Develop HR policies and procedures in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy.
- Drive performance management processes and provide guidance on performance improvement for the administrative team.
- Analyze talent strategy and provide recommendations for enhancing development opportunities.
- Partner with VP-DEI to embed diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
- Participate in HR Committee, DEI Committee, and ERISA Review Committee, provide recommendations, and partner on implementation of recommendations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR function and office managers.
- Oversee the firm's HR information systems and analytics.
- Develop and provide reporting and HR analytics to firm leadership to drive decision-making.
- Oversee all conflict resolution and/or corrective actions for all administrative positions and partner with firm leadership on other conflict resolution and/or corrective actions as appropriate.
- Serve as lead on any governmental audits and reports
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field; master’s degree preferred.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in progressively responsible HR roles, with specific experience in the management and development of an HR team, and creation of talent processes.
- Experience developing HR policies, compensation and benefits strategies, and commitment to DEI initiatives.
- Experience working with a professional services firm is preferred.
- Experience with various assessment tools preferred.
- Experience with office expansions and new office growth preferred.
- Experience in an executive HR role preferred.
- Expertise in HR strategies and ability to advise leadership effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act as a trusted partner.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Courage and ability to speak and act with integrity.
