Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the company’s financial planning and decision-making processes.
2. Develop and execute investment strategies, with a focus on cash flow and liquidity management.

4. Supervise finance personnel, including controllers and treasurers, while fostering a culture of excellence.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in senior financial leadership, ideally within the transportation or logistics sector.
2. Expertise in financial laws, risk management, and strategic investment planning.
3. Strong analytical skills and a history of using data-driven insights to drive business success.
4. Proficiency in financial management software (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office.
5. Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration.

Education:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2. Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent is highly desirable.
3. Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are preferred.
4. Industry experience in transportation or logistics is REQUIRED.

Experience:

1. At least 10 years of experience in financial roles, with 5 years in a financial leadership capacity.
2. Demonstrated success in driving profitability and financial growth.
3. Experience presenting to boards of directors and engaging with shareholders.
