Chief Financial Officer - Attolon Partners

We have been engaged to assist our client, a private equity-backed digital media company headquartered in Philadelphia, in their search for a Chief Financial Officer. This is the perfect role for an ambitious, visionary financial executive eager to shape the future of a dynamic, high-growth company.

The CFO will serve as a key partner to the executive team and private equity sponsor, delivering critical insights that directly shape strategic decisions, financial forecasts, and operational plans. The CFO’s leadership will be instrumental in executing an aggressive growth strategy, steering the company through its next phase of success.

Requirements

• 15 years+ progressive FP&A experience including at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience within a private equity or investor-backed business in a start-up or scale-up environment required. Debt financing and M&A experience required.
• Experience in digital media/advertising or services industry preferred. Previous public accounting experience also preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain strong operating processes which are highly scalable.
