Our client, a mission-driven non-profit is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will overseeing financial health, compliance, and operations to ensure the organization’s long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial strategy, planning, and reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance and accuracy.
• Manage budgeting and cash flow
• Oversee grant management, donor fund tracking, and restricted funds.
• Present financial data to organization leadership
• Lead and mentor the finance team while managing day-to-day financial operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of financial leadership experience, ideally within a non-profit.
• Expertise in non-profit accounting, grants, and compliance.

Compensation: $80,000 to $120,000
