Title of Position: Chief Financial Officer / Controller

Job Description:

1. As the Chief Financial Officer / Controller you will be in charge of all facets of financial management, financial reporting, expense plans, commercial accounting in addition to internal management policies and strategies. Holding the Chief Financial Officer / Controller position will require optimization of return on financial assets by establishing procedures, controls, policies and reporting systems.
2. As the Chief Financial Officer / Controller, daily responsibilities will consist of accounts payable, accounts receivable, maintain precise record keeping, banking: including opening new accounts, daily reconciliation of deposits, money transfers, and paying loans.
3. Other responsibilities of the Chief Financial Officer / Controller will include Annual insurance renewals, calculating monthly bonuses, new construction accounting, preparation of profit and loss statements, prepare and remit annual sales tax and along with any other tax necessities.
4. The Chief Financial Officer / Controller will also assist with the annual budget planning and will act as the point of contact for annual insurance audits.
5. Excellent time management skills are essential to maintain all reports are well prepared and on time.
6. As the Chief Financial Officer / Controller you will work directly with our company Executive Officer and must maintain a strong understanding of up-to-date cost percentages and budgeting information.

Qualifications:

1. The Chief Financial Officer / Controller - BBA or MBA
2. 5 years of proven working experience as a Restaurant Chief Financial Officer / Controller
3. CPA as our Chief Financial Officer / Controller is a plus
4. The Chief Financial Officer / Controller must have a proven track record in assisting the company in the achievement of solid financial results
