They provide scaffolding and access solutions to both commercial and industrial end markets and industrial insulation solutions. Their operations are headquartered in the Denver area with commercial reach throughout the Denver/Front Range area and industrial reach from North Texas to North Dakota in the Rockies region.
Job Summary: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring the companys ongoing financial health. The CFO will work closely with the executive team and Board of Directors (Board) to develop and implement financial strategies that support the companys growth and profitability and work with the accounting, finance and other back-office functions to ensure accurate and efficient operational management and reporting.

The CFO will work closely with the executive team and Board of Directors (Board) to develop and implement financial strategies that support the companys growth and profitability and work with the accounting, finance and other back-office functions to ensure accurate and efficient operational management and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the companys short-term and long-term goals and objectives, including organic and inorganic initiatives.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure accurate financial decision-making.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, including market, credit, insurance, and operational risks.
- Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders including equity holders and lenders in compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including US GAAP. Also ensure timely and accurate reporting to auditors, tax preparers, regulatory authorities, taxing bodies, insurance carriers, etc.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the companys liquidity and financial stability and enact cost monitoring and management policies to ensure maximized cash flow.
- Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team and broader organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Scaffolding Management: Oversee financial aspects of scaffolding operations, ensuring cost-effective procurement, and utilization of scaffolding materials and effective operational personnel management.
- Inventory Management: Implement and oversee inventory management systems to optimize stock levels, reduce carrying costs, and ensure timely availability of materials and products.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial regulations, including US GAAP.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the construction / industrial services sector is preferred; knowledge of scaffolding operations and inventory management is a plus.
