Responsible for supporting the sites President and other senior leadership at the sites, develops and maintains the operating and capital budget for the sites (both strategic and routine capital), analyzes key performance indicators and assists in producing business plans for new services proposed. Ensures compliance with regulations and serves as a liaison between site leadership and corporate finance.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Creates, coordinates, and evaluates the financial programs and supporting information systems of the company to include budgeting, tax planning, real estate, and conservation of assets.
2. Analyzes costs, operations, and forecasts data on services and program activities in coordination with Partners, COO, Managers, and Providers to monitor progress in meeting program financial targets.
3. Develops credibility for the finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends to assist Partners in performing their responsibilities
4. Approves and coordinates changes and improvements in automated financial and management information systems for the company.
5. Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements.
6. Oversees the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, and position control documents, department budgets, mass salary updates, ledger, bank statement reconciliation, account maintenance, account payments and data entry.
7. Prepares financial statements, financial reports, financial analyses, financial forecasting and bonus and dividend distributions.
8. Supervises department personnel, to include hiring, training, scheduling, monitoring, evaluating, terminating, all in consultation with CEO, COO, and Human Resources.
9. Develops and implements finance, accounting, and auditing procedures and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards.
10. Ensures records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
11. Develops and directs the implementation of strategic business and/or operational plans, projects, programs, and systems.1
