Our Accounting & Finance Staffing team is currently looking to speak with candidates who would be a good fit for roles with the specifications below:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting and financial processes including closes, budgets, returns, payroll, donations, grants, models, and insurance
- Manage and train financial team members, conducting evaluations and serving on committees
- Share pertinent financial information with the CEO, board, and managers
- Work with external accountants to ensure that audit processes go smoothly
- Organize and file essential company documents and records including certification and licenses
- Recommend company-wide financial plans, procedures, and software
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in supervisory financial executive roles
- Expert-level skills with Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledgeable of Great Plains and related software
- Experience with fund management, reimbursement, and contracts
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills with the ability to delegate where appropriate
