As our CFO, you'll be the architect of financial strategies aligned with our mission and goals. Here's what you'll be doing:
Spearheading the annual budgeting process, offering strategic insights and forecasting financial performance.
Managing contracts, grants, and agreements to ensure compliance and maximize effectiveness.
Crafting accurate and timely financial reports for executive management, the board of directors, and regulatory bodies.
Cultivating strategic partnerships to bolster fundraising efforts and organizational expansion.
Providing inspirational leadership to our finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
Requirements:
Are you the perfect fit? Here's what we're looking for:
A Master's degree in accounting or finance, coupled with an active CPA license.
A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably within non-profit sectors.
Proficiency in nonprofit accounting principles, GAAP, and financial reporting.
A proven track record in managing state and federal grants, with ideally some experience in HRSA grants.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of simplifying complex financial concepts for diverse audiences.
