Position Overview:
As the Chief Executive Officer you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, driving growth, and overseeing all aspects of the organization's operations. This role requires a seasoned executive with a passion for youth development, a track record of success in educational organizations, and the ability to lead and inspire teams in achieving ambitious goals.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the company's strategic vision and growth strategy, aligned with the mission and values of the organization.
- Lead the executive team in setting and achieving strategic objectives and financial targets.
Operational Oversight:
- Provide oversight and direction to all functional areas of the organization, including program development, operations, marketing, finance, and human resources.
- Implement best practices and processes to drive operational efficiency and excellence.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion and growth, including new program offerings, partnerships, and market expansion.
- Lead negotiations and strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the company's financial strategy, budget, and financial performance.
- Ensure fiscal responsibility and profitability while maximizing shareholder value.
Program Excellence:
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality youth enrichment programs that meet the needs and expectations of participants, families, and stakeholders.
- Monitor program outcomes and effectiveness, implementing improvements as needed.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, partners, customers, and community organizations.
- Represent the organization in public forums and events, advocating for youth empowerment and education.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10 years of executive leadership experience, preferably in educational organizations or youth-focused companies.
- Proven track record of success in driving growth and achieving strategic objectives.
- Strong business acumen, financial management skills, and understanding of private equity-backed businesses.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
