Job Summary and Qualifications

What you will do in this role:

• Provide overall strategic direction and leadership for AdvantageTrust and HealthTrust’s non-acute membership.
• Drive revenue growth and market share expansion. 
• Oversee product development, ensuring alignment with market needs and HCA/HealthTrust goals. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HCA leadership, HealthTrust boards and leadership, and industry partners. 
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance. 
• Develop and implement AdvantageTrust’s strategic plan. 
• Oversee the development and execution of sales
• Manage the P&L for the AdvantageTrust business unit. 
• Lead and mentor a team of executives 
• Represent HealthTrust and AdvantageTrust at industry events and conferences. 
• Collaborate with HCA and HealthTrust leadership on both strategic initiatives and daily operations. 

 What Qualifications you will need:

• Master's degree in business administration (MBA), Healthcare Administration (MHA), or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in the healthcare industry.
• Extensive experience in non-acute healthcare, preferably with a focus on supply chain management or purchased services.
• Understanding of, and experience with, both internal and provider-based technologies: CRM, ERP, P2P, EHR, Practice Management.
• Full P&L experience, including exceptional financial acumen for the development and communication of investment decisions.
• Proven track record of success in leading and growing a business unit.
• Experience working with large health systems or non-acute focused IDNs and understanding their unique sourcing needs.
