Job Description:

Position Overview: As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of West Construction Inc., you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence across all facets of the organization. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you will oversee the execution of the company's vision, mission, and objectives, while upholding our core values of integrity, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven track record of success in executive leadership roles within the construction industry, with a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience.
