Role Summary:
As the Chief Executive Officer, you will work under the direction of the Board to spearhead the development, overall wellbeing, and administration of our health center. You will provide strategic leadership and ensure that the organization's fiscal, operations, marketing, human resources, technology, and programmatic strategies are effectively implemented across all segments of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic planning and implementation to enhance profitability and efficiency.
Oversee the daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and alignment with organizational goals.
Manage senior staff, fostering a transparent and accountable environment.
Serve as the primary spokesperson and representative for the organization.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality services while managing for current and future growth.
Support Board development, fundraising activities, and community engagement.
Direct the annual budget process and provide timely and accurate financial reports.
Monitor performance against goals and ensure that direct reports are also meeting key performance indicators.
Cultivate a culture that reflects the organization's values, encourages good performance, and rewards productivity.
Requirements:
MBA or higher degree from an accredited institution.
At least 5 years of senior management experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
Demonstrated experience in financial management, operations, and human resources.
Proven track record in effective team management and results-driven leadership.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must be willing to reside in or relocate to Henderson, TX with a provided relocation package.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed.
Additional Requirements:
Successful candidates will be required to pass a criminal background check, personal financial screening, and drug and alcohol screenings.
Compliance with State and Federal employment eligibility requirements is mandatory.
