Responsibilities
We are looking to add a Maryland First Chief Engineer for our facility management team in Hanover, MD. the hours are Mon-Fri 7:00AM-3:30PM
Major Duties:
- Work hand in hand with our customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Accurately document work performed on tickets and/or work orders- make sure all tickets are completed in system
- Create and provide daily, weekly, monthly reports on regular updates and project statuses
- Manage sub contractors on site
- Create proposals and statements of work to submit to client and to subcontractors
- Purchase materials and supplies, and maintain inventory as required for timely work completion.
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly inspections of systems and associated equipment.
- Support Maintenance Mechanic with preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis.
- Diagnose and direct repair of HVAC, plumbing and electrical problems as required
Qualifications
- Must Possess a Maryland 1st Engineering License
- Valid CFC Universal Certification
- Energy Management System software by Schneider Electric StruxureWare Expierence
- 5 years management experience working within a similar building
- 5-8 years of experience operating, maintaining and installing mechanical equipment and building systems
