What You'll Be Doing:

• Supervising and directing the engineering team while ensuring high-quality work
• Managing the product design lifecycle, from concept to release
• Conducting product performance tests under operational conditions
• Assisting with customer technical inquiries and troubleshooting
• Researching electrical components and advancing materials and engineering practices

About You:

• 5+ years of experience in leading design of electrical products
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience in new product development
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Proficient in SolidWorks CAD software; familiarity with Mastercam a plus
