$120,000 - $140,000 DOE
Responsibilities:Essential job duties
- Oversees the quality and timeliness of work, meeting deadlines by measuring and tracking KPIs for all staff
- Ensures clients and matters move through the workflow pipeline at the right pace and that tasks are completed on time
- Manages office facilities and office supply inventory
- Assists the Owner with recruitment, hiring, staff, benefits and human resources
- Handles training and onboarding for new employees
- Supervises the work of all third-party vendors and equipment
- Implementation of firm technology and project management
- Oversees the Firm’s case management, contact management, and document management
- Supervises and manages marketing, intake, and sales
- Creates, implements, improves, and makes sure everyone is following the Firm's policies and procedures
- Review of financials and financial reporting
- Prepares dashboards and status reports for the Owner
Experience needed
- Prior Operational experience of 7+ years in the professional services industry
- Prior supervisory experience, preferably a staff of 25+ people
- Employee engagement and leadership, supervision, and termination
- Managing bookkeepers, accountants, technology services, and other vendors
- Managing cases and projects to ensure they are resolved successfully, on time, and on budget
